Josh was absolutely amazing! He provided excellent customer service and communication. He helped me with a tent/ chairs along with a large water slide and a slightly smaller bouncy house w/ water slide. He helped me make our girls birthday party an absolute success! We had an amazing experience renting from Carolinas Bounce N’ Party! They were incredibly communicative from start to finish, so kind, and made the entire rental process so easy. The water slide was perfect, and they even let us extend our reservation and accommodated a later pickup so we could enjoy it longer. Their customer service truly went above and beyond! Carolinas Bounce N’ Party was a great choice for a dual birthday party for our 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. The bounce house was clean and in great condition. They came and set it up in under 20 minutes and had it down in the same amount of time. Great communication, easy to work with, and the kids had a blast! We had the best experience with Carolina Bounce n Party! We rented the Unicorn water slide bounce house for our daughter’s 2nd birthday party and it was absolutely perfect for the kids, they were totally obsessed with it and were entertained the entire party.
