Delivery & Pickup Times
When you book with us, the start time you select is when your inflatable will be fully set up and ready to go.
- We require a 3-hour delivery window prior to your event start time
- Our delivery routes begin at 7:00 AM, so delivery will occur sometime between 7:00 AM and your selected start time
For pickup:
- Your rental is guaranteed through your selected end time
- Our latest same-day pickup is 7:00 PM due to safety and visibility for our drivers
If your event goes past 7:00 PM, simply select the overnight rental option, and we’ll return the next morning starting at 7:00 AM for pickup.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change!
- More than 5 days before your event: Full refund, including deposit
- Less than 5 days before your event: Deposit becomes a raincheck for future use
- Cancellation cutoff: 9:00 AM the day before your event
- After this point, the full balance is due and non-refundable
Cleaning
All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every rental.
