Important Rental Information & Policies:
🚚 Delivery & Service Areas:
We proudly deliver and professionally install our tent rentals and other event essentials to Fort Mill, SC, Tega Cay, SC, Indian Land, SC, Rock Hill, SC, and select surrounding communities.
📅 Tent Setup & Takedown Schedule:
- Tent installations are typically done on Thursday/Friday.
- Takedowns are typically done on Monday.
- If same-day setup and takedown are needed for weekend events, a $100 fee applies.
📍 Tent Location & Setup Requirements:
This tent can ONLY be set up on GRASS surfaces. We are unable to set up tents on asphalt or concrete. Customers are responsible for choosing the ideal location for the tent. Please ensure that the chosen site is free from underground utilities, including septic systems, sprinkler lines, electric cables, gas lines, and other buried obstacles that could be impacted by staking. We will work with you to ensure a safe and proper installation.
Extras & Add-Ons:
The price for the tent rental covers the tent structure and installation. Tables and chairs are not included but are available for rent separately to complete your event setup. Visit our Tables & Chairs page for details and pricing. We offer 6 Ft Rectangular Banquet Tables and Black Fanback Folding Chairs to perfectly complement your tent.

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
