Delivery & Pickup Times
The start time you select is when your slide will be ready to use. We need a 3-hour window before that for setup — delivery routes begin at 7 AM, so we'll arrive between 7 AM and your event start time. Pickup is guaranteed by your selected end time, but our latest same-day pickup is 7 PM for driver safety. For events running past 7 PM, choose the overnight rental option and we'll pick up the next morning starting at 7 AM.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 5 days before your event: full refund, deposit included
- Less than 5 days before: deposit becomes a non-refundable raincheck for a future event
- After 9 AM the day before your event: full balance is due and non-refundable
What's Included
Blower, extension cord, safety stakes or sandbags, and a protective tarp under the unit. Delivery, setup, and tear-down included.
